Do you need access to our basement?

We will ask for it, because if the joists under the noise are reachable from below that is almost always the better repair. It means the connection can be addressed directly and your finished floor is never touched. If your basement ceiling is finished, or the squeak is on an upper floor, we work from above instead with a small, repairable point of entry.
