Can you tell from a photo what is wrong?

Sometimes, and it is always worth sending them. A photo of the room and, more usefully, of whatever is underneath the floor tells us a great deal about what is possible. For a clearly located squeak with good photos we can occasionally quote without visiting. For most jobs we still want to see it, because access below the floor is the biggest variable and it is hard to judge from an image.
